Solution includes the complete construction process starting from feasibility study to store handover.

Project was executed in Agile methodology and ensured high customer interaction during every stage of Project development . Mobile application followed a role based usage and various workflows were introduced to manage approvals . One of the key functionality of the project was to introduce a complete tracking and reporting of the entire constructionist process and segregated reporting to various management levels
Project also include development of an ERP to support Mobile app and also with some peripheral applications including cost management and financial and Budget planning module for the construction of retail stores. These modules help the company to have more control over budgeting and spending also an efficient tool to manage the spending.
