Lead Generation Executive – International Technology Sales

Location: Cochin, Kerala (India)
Experience: 1-5 Years

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to drive business growth through LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and digital outreach. This role is ideal for a self-driven, tech-savvy sales professional who can generate leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Digital Outreach (LinkedIn ,Social and Email Campaigns)

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and digital networking.
  • Develop and execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including connection requests, InMails, and direct messages to key decision-makers in OTT, media, and ad tech industries.
  • Manage and track email campaigns, crafting personalized outreach sequences to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Research and build a strong prospect database, identifying industry trends and opportunities for outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and enhance lead conversion strategies.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to qualify leads and understand client needs.
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales pitches and product overviews to decision-makers.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups via LinkedIn and email to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales team to transition qualified leads into long-term clients.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Assist in refining lead qualification processes to improve the efficiency of the sales pipeline.
  • Monitor and analyze outreach performance metrics, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or digital prospecting.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email outreach, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales (preferably OTT, streaming, or ad tech industries).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
